Welcome to Healthy Living at 50!

I love being 50-something! Wisdom and knowledge, grand parenting, and learning to how to stay young! Life feels old, yet new again! Here, I'll post what I know, and  what I can find in published, solid research. Supplements, healthy recipes, diets, exercise, spiritual support, and other bits of information that we as "nifty 50's" will appreciate!!

I am a Registered Nurse and a Natural Wellness expert, which means I understand a great deal about how the human body works. Aging can be slowed by using scientific discoveries! Best of all, diseases of aging may possibly be slowed or avoided.
